The Most Loved Apple Pie in Italy

Ingredients

– 3 apples
– 120 g of sugar
– 100 g of flour
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 60 ml of seed oil
– 60 ml of milk
– Icing sugar (for decoration)

Preparation:

 

1. Preparation of the apples:

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with a little lemon juice to prevent them from blackening and 2 tablespoons of sugar, put it in a pan on the stove until it wilts.

2. Making the dough:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil and milk, alternating with the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well until the dough comes together.
