A Low Country Boil (also called Frogmore Stew) is the ultimate one-pot feast. It’s not really a “stew”—it’s a massive pile of fresh shrimp, spicy sausage, sweet corn, and buttery potatoes all boiled together in a heavily seasoned broth.
In the South, we usually dump this straight onto a table covered in newspaper and let everyone dig in with their hands.
Southern Low Country Boil

1/2 cup Old Bay Seasoning (or Zatarain’s)
