- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond position. Put a slice of ham in the center and place one mozzarella stick on top of the ham. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the cheese, then roll it up tightly to form an eggroll shape. Place it seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they reach your desired golden color. Check them a few minutes early since ovens can vary. Remove from the oven, flip the sticks over, and bake for another 4–5 minutes until evenly browned.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
