Cajun Chicken with Sautéed Asparagus & Pepper Medley

 

Okayyyy this plate is straight-up flavor bomb energy. We’ve got deeply seasoned, pan-seared Cajun chicken sliced juicy and tender, paired with glossy asparagus and a colorful sautéed mix of bell peppers and onions. That light pan sauce pooling around everything? Yeah… we’re not wasting that.

For the Cajun Chicken:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1½ tbsp olive oil
Cajun Seasoning Blend:
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne (optional heat)
For the Veggies:
1 bunch fresh asparagus
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
½ small onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch salt & pepper
