Prep the Oven or Grill
Preheat your oven to 400°F or heat your grill to medium-high.
Season the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, sliced sausage, potatoes, and corn.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Add the minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble the Foil Packs
Tear off 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches each).
Divide the mixture evenly among the sheets.
Top each portion with a lemon slice.
Fold the foil tightly around the ingredients and seal the edges well to create secure packets.
Cook
For oven: Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes.
For grill: Place packets directly on the grill and cook for 15–20 minutes.
Cook until the potatoes are tender and the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
Serve
Carefully open each packet watch for hot steam.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
