Salisbury Steak With Gravy -Don’t LOSE this Recipe

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 4–6 oval patties.
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove patties from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chopped onions and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to coat. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the patties to the skillet and simmer in the gravy for 5–7 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
