Pulled Pork Sandwich

 

 

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, then season all over with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 3–4 hours, until the pork is very tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
Shred the pork with two forks, mix with barbecue sauce, and pile onto sandwich buns. Top with coleslaw if you like and serve warm. Enjoy!
