Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops 🥩🧀

Ingredients

  • Boneless pork chops (½-inch thick) – 8
  • Eggs, beaten – 2 large
  • Whole milk – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic salt – ¾ tsp, divided
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese, grated – â…” cup
  • Lemon pepper – 1 tsp
  • Onion powder – 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning – ½ tsp
  • Butter, melted – ¼ cup (or more if needed)

Instructions

1. Prepare the pan
