Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 large head lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning according to package directions.
Allow the meat to cool slightly.
