Instructions
1. Prepare the Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
2. Cook until tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain well.
3. Mash potatoes with butter, milk, and sour cream until creamy.
4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
2. Prepare the T-Bone Steaks:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Place steaks on the grill and cook for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness).
4. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
3. Serve:
• Plate the grilled T-bone steaks alongside a generous serving of loaded mashed potatoes.
• Optional: Garnish with extra green onions or a pat of butter on the steak.
