Golden Honey Bacon Stuffed Tenderloin

This is the ultimate center-piece meal. Pork tenderloin is naturally lean and mild, making it the perfect “blanket” for a salty, smoky bacon stuffing. The Golden Honey Glaze creates a sticky, lacquered finish that balances the savory interior.

Because tenderloin is smaller than a loin, we use a “butterfly” technique to create maximum surface area for the stuffing.


Golden Honey Bacon Stuffed Tenderloin

1. The Stuffing (The “Salty & Savory”)

  • 6 slices Thick-cut Bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)

  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (panko works best for texture)

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon Bacon Grease (reserved from frying)
