Ingredients:
- 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces (legs, thighs, or breasts)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
