Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp salted butter, cut into small pieces
