Southern Meatloaf with Brown Gravy

1. The Meatloaf

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef (80/20 is best for flavor)

  • 1 small Onion (finely diced)

  • 1 Bell Pepper (finely diced)

  • 2 large Eggs (beaten)

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (or crushed saltine crackers)

  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
