Blueberry Cheesecake

Since you liked the strawberry version, you’re going to love this. A Blueberry Cheesecake is all about that deep purple swirl and the way the tart berries cut through the heavy, sweet cream cheese.

We are going back to the full-sized cake style for this one.


Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake

1. The Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

  • 6 tablespoons Butter (melted)

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

2. The Blueberry Sauce

  • 1 ½ cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (mixed with a splash of water)
