Smoked Triple-Cheese Pork Chops With Sweet-Heat Glaze

This recipe is a heavy hitter. It combines the deep, wood-fired flavor of smoked pork with a decadent three-cheese stuffing, finished off with a sweet-heat glaze that cuts right through the richness.

Since we are stuffing these, you’ll want double-thick cut pork chops (at least 1.5 inches thick) to hold all that cheesy goodness.


Smoked Triple-Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops

1. The Stuffing (The “Triple Cheese”)

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened) — The creamy base.

  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar (shredded) — The bite.

  • 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda (shredded) — The depth.

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
