“Party favorite”: Only 3 ingredients. I’ve made it so often I don’t even need to measure anymore…

Add the cheesecake filling to the bowl and beat until smooth and well combined. Divide the mixture evenly between the two prepared dishes and spread it out evenly.

Step 3: Add the Topping
Gently spoon the cherry pie filling over each cheesecake layer.

Tip: Instead of pouring it all at once, add small spoonfuls and spread carefully. This helps keep the layers distinct and prevents the cherries from sinking.

Step 4: Chill
Cover both dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Important: Don’t rush this step. The mixture needs time to firm up properly so the bars hold their shape when cut.

Step 5: Slice and Serve
Run a knife along the edges to loosen, then cut each pan into 12 squares. For cleaner slices, wipe the knife with a warm, damp cloth between cuts.

These bars are creamy, simple, and easy to transport—ideal when you need a quick dessert that still looks and tastes impressive.
