Toss carrot sticks in olive oil, salt, pepper & paprika. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 min, flipping halfway, until golden & crispy.
Season steak with salt & pepper. Sear in a hot pan for 3–4 min per side (depending on thickness). Rest 5 min before slicing.
Heat oil & shallow-fry plantain slices until golden. Lightly salt & drain on paper towel.
In the same pan, cook shrimp with garlic powder & salt for 2 min per side until pink & opaque.
Fry the egg (crispy edges = perfect
). Plate everything: egg, steak, shrimp, plantains, carrot fries & avocado wedge.
