Salted Butterscotch Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

For the Brownies:
¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅓ cup (35g) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
½ cup (100g) packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter
1.8 oz (50g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
For the Salted Butterscotch Sauce:
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
½ cup (100g) packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
3 oz (85g) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
⅓ cup (80ml) heavy cream
1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Additional sea salt flakes for garnish
